Delivery & Returns
- Orders can be blended and delivered within 14 working days from when you place your order.
- Gift cards are delivered in your order confirmation, currently as a code at the top of the email. Let us know if you did not receive the email.
Whiskey Gift accepts returns only in specific circumstances.
- If you don't like the taste of your blend, we will not accept returns. However, we can suggest a taste profile you might prefer if you tell us a mainstream whiskey that you like.
- If your bottle arrives damaged or with an incorrect label then we can refund you in full or arrange a replacement bottle. Please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your bottle to get a refund.
- You’ll be refunded to your original form of payment.
- If your payment was made using one or more gift cards and a credit card, we’ll refund the gift card you entered first during the checkout, followed by your payment card.
- Please keep all gift card information used to place an order in case of returns.
